Simon Hawtrey-Woore, Founder, The Outspire
I call myself an Outdoor Executive Coach, and I am passionate about developing senior leaders to create inclusive cultures where unique abilities can be respected, valued, and flourish.
Through a 20-year marketing agency career, I have built up extensive leadership and hands-on business management experience, knowing first-hand how easy it is to be sucked into the four walls of the day-to-day and lose sight of the bigger picture, meaning and purpose.
I first trained as a coach 18 years ago and transitioned away from my communication agency to start a coaching practice full-time ten years ago. I love to work with purpose-driven leaders who want more influence within their organisations and create a more significant impact, helping them break through the barriers between potential and performance.
I find my inspiration from nature and my daughter Scarlett. Through her disabilities and pure spirit of adventure, Scarlett brings the power of presence to every situation.
The Bigger Picture
As well as coaching one-to-one clients, I specialise in leading from the bigger picture and empowering leadership. As a group coach and facilitator, I work with senior leaders and their management teams to create a more meaningful impact on their people and the business.
When I am not outside guiding clients through their challenges and opportunities, I am outdoors, leading groups up mountains, running, cycling, or fishing.
