The most powerful leadership conversations don't always happen around a table.

Meeting rooms are where decisions get reported. They're rarely where real clarity is found.

Step outside, and something shifts. Walking creates movement in more than the body, it creates movement in perspective, in decision-making, in what feels possible.

**Why walking works**

When you're sat still, thinking narrows. Perspective shrinks to the size of the room.

Moving changes that. Pace changes the pace of thought. Open space makes room for honesty that's harder to find across a desk. Side-by-side conversation, rather than face-to-face, often unlocks what's really going on, not just what's easiest to say.

This isn't coaching with a change of scenery. It's a different kind of thinking, made possible by a different kind of environment.

**What a session looks like**

No agenda to perform. No slides. Just space, movement, and candid conversation, walking at a pace that suits you, with time to pause, in an environment that gives your thinking room to breathe.

**Where sessions happen:**

London parks, including Regent's Park  
Forests and countryside across the UK  
Coastal and mountain environments

If we can't walk the same ground, we still walk the same conversation. On roaming audio sessions, we each walk wherever we are, connected the whole way. Distance is never the barrier.
